At Solar Eclipse, we want you to shine in your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
